Staff, both medical and receptionists are fantastic. Always welcoming & give time to patients even when it’s busy. They always try to accommodate patient needs when booking appointments. However since covid it’s been increasingly difficult to get to see GP of choice, face to face & the online booking system which was helpful for pre booked appointments is no longer available. The surgery always listen to needs though and answer emails efficiently. The triage system on the phone works but it would be great to return to a more normal service now that Covid rules have changed a little.
I was seen by Mrs Louise Etches. Her thorough examination revealed I have double vision in my peripheral vision, which, after eliminating blood pressure and ecg heart monitoring, may be responsible for my recent falls. I had an eye test in Worthing that same day, and was referred to Eye Clinic at Southlands hospital.

The Reception staff are amazing. Extremely helpful and kind. All the doctors have shown compassion and kindness.
